The festivities which gelled the participations of the Filipino communities, workers and Koreans was highlighted by the housing fair and other on-site services such as labor counseling and medical services.

An informal kick off was held the night before the big day with a get together dinner party at the Philippine Consular Office graced by His Excellency, Ambassador Luis T. Cruz; Atty. Felicitas Bay, Philippine Labor Attache; Atty. Darlene Berberabe, Pag Ibig Fund President and CEO; among other Officials, Developers, and Filipino communities in South Korea.

Represented by its President, Mr. Martin Sutter together with Ms. Reah Ebora, Documentations Manager and Mr. Mike Monsod, Marketing Manager respectively, DDC Land had this vibrant participation a larger leap in reaching out Filipinos abroad.

Bounded in the objective of offering affordable shelter among Filipinos anywhere in the world, DDC Land representatives opted to stay for a couple of days more after the momentous affair in Seoul to cater the housing needs of our “Kababayan” in South Korea. Among the places saturated were the Filipino communities in Seoul and nearby cities. Churches of Hyewadong and Ansan, a common rendezvous for the Filipinos in Korea were also visited.
