4. Photocopy of Certificate of Employment with Compensation
5. Photocopy of Special Power of Attorney ( Notarized or Consularized)
6. Valid ID of Attorney-in-fact with picture and signature
7. Proof of Billing and latest Residence Certificate
8. Five (5) pcs. 1×1 ID picture (latest)
9. Marriage Contract / Birth Certificate
10. Acknowledgement to MSVS Counselling / Approved MSVS
11. Signed Loan Documents must be submitted within 15 to 30 days from the date of reservation
12. Twenty-four (24) undated checks for HDMF monthly amortization
13. Post dated checks for equities upon confirmation of Prelliminary Loan Approval

2. Reservation fees and discounts apply to the TCP
3. Reservation fee is forfeited within 30 days of loan confirmation or once cancelled.

6. Make all checks payable to DDC Land Inc.
7. DDC Land reserves the right to correct the typographical error in prices, terms, details, and status
