Mission Accomplished!
DDC Land, joined the Second Filipino Expo in Dubai organized by ABS-CBN Global for OFWs. Yes, DDC Land Marketing went to Dubai and brought home the bacon with ten (10) firmed up buyers and twenty five inquiries who are announced their interest to purchase housing units in Sta. Rosa Garden Villas as soon as their relatives and friends have seen the site while others will come and visit, on their scheduled leave before the year ends. The company is represented by Top Sellers Amy Tanafranca, and Lina Guico who braved the “A H1N1” phenomenon.
This is the first time the company joined the Dubai Expo, and it was a big success for the company and its project were introduced globally to OFW’s who are the target of the exposition. It was held at Dubai International Exhibition Center last July 2, 3 and 4. It was an event complete with entertainment of the “Kapamilya Talents and Stars, whose main purpose is to entertain our “Kababayans in Dubai. There were also workshop activities, exhibits of Pinoy products and delicacies. It was estimated that about ten thousand guests and visitors including participants attended the three days events. Three days is not really enough to go with the company’s venture, so Amy has to stay for a week and continue on her marketing to interested buyers, who called on her and made appointments for further explanation. It’s an investment worth the company ‘s future endeavor.
It is interesting to note that other clients were asking for DDC Land’s sales office in Dubai, for easy and faster business transactions. A proposal of most clients who have been staying in Dubai for so many years. Perhaps this can be considered in the company’s future exposition.
