Garden Villas III Phase 5 launched

True to its mission of offering quality, inexpensive homes to Filipinos, DDC Land Inc. held the grand launch of Garden Villas III Phase 5 on March 27, 2010.

PH 5 2ND REVISED-finalThe launch was kicked-off by a motorocade at 9 a.m. at the Clubhouse of Garden Villas 3. The Lyre Band of the grade school pupils of Central I Sta. Rosa Elementary School provided musical accompaniment to the event. The motorcade was joined by the Bikers of Sta. Rosa who made sure that traffic was in order. Assisting them and keeping them safe were officials of the Sta. Rosa PNP. The Motorcade journeyed around Sta. Rosa, Binan Town Proper and parts of Cabuyao.

After the motorcade, the ceremonial groundbreaking rites were performed by DDC Land Inc. President Martin Sutter, together with Executive Vice President Edna Sutter. DDC Land Inc. employees graced the affair and made sure that the event was a success.

With that, Phase 5 of Garden Villas 3 was declared open. It has a total of 1,048 housing units and lot areas and is adjacent to Garden Villas 3 Phase 3. Interested parties may contact (632) 918-5888870 or (632) 5561205.
