Eco-Waste recovery Services Program is now adopted by the Rotary Club of Fort Bonifacio Global City wherein DDC Land’s EVP Edna Sutter is the Charter President.
The project aims to incorporate interest on both leaders and the public in understanding their roles, relationships, and contributions through their perceptions and attitudes as all are recognized as important stakeholders in attaining sustainable solutions to the concerns of the environment, which are the main cause of nearly all problems in the world.
The project is a duplication of the highly successful and widely acclaimed waste management strategy of Brgy. Bagumbuhay, Project 4, Quezon City under the leadership of Brgy. Chairman Raulito Datiles.
Garden Villas intends to implement its proven 4E’s of effective waste management: E-ducation, E-ngineering, E-nforcement and E-conomics.
The project to be adapted in Garden Villas begins with Trainers Training Program whose attendees will be recommended by the officers of the HOA. Flyers for this effect will be distributed to every household as an initial plan to intensify information and education campaign on the benefits of ecologically sound solid waste management system in the community through proper waste segregation and disposal. Seminar for the Trainers’ Training will be conducted and led by Edna Sutter EVP of DDC land together with Cita Carvajal of Garden Villas 3 Phase 2.
DECEMBER SALES PARTY
DDC Land tossed a fun filled Buyers’ Christmas Party on Saturday, Dec. 12, 2009 at the Club House of Garden Villas 3. Most of the buyers who are active in referring clients were present during the merry making. There were lots of surprises, gifts, raffle prizes, entertainments and of course sumptuous meal for all those who attended. At least six groups of buyers from the assigned Marketing Officers presented their piece that makes the affair very exciting. Lights & Shades live band rendered some requested songs from the audience and the emcees for the night were Bessie Catindig of Phase 1 and Aquilino Profugo of Phase 3. Most
applauded is the fireworks presented at the end of the party.
GARDEN VILLAS UNIFORMED VEHICLE STICKERS
DDC Land, Inc. President Martin Sutter announced that uniformed vehicle stickers for all vehicle owners of Garden Villas I, II & III will soon implement in year 2010. The idea was planned as early as November 2009. He said this is the better way to impose security measures in all Garden Villas Subdivision to make sure that residents will have peaceful living in their respective areas.
Residents of Garden Villas with any kind of motorized vehicles can apply for the vehicle stickers. Application forms are available at the Customers Relations Dept. of the field office starting January 15, 2010. Upon submission of the filled up application forms stickers will be issued FREE. The number of stickers corresponds to the number of vehicles applied for reflected in the application forms.
Moving in homeowners with vehicles will be given application together with their MIC. All vehicle owners are given up to February 28, 2010 to secure stickers, remember NO STICKER, NO ENTRY.
DDCLAND, INC. YEAR-END PARTY
DDC Land employees marked December 18, 2009, as the get-together and year-end party for all, celebrated at the Forbes Park Club House in North Forbes, Makati City. The theme “Futuristic Year End Party ” was thought of by its President Martin Sutter. He believes that the future of the
company is in everybody’s hands, and that we will live with it together with its partners in business like the clients, buyers, contractors, suppliers and workers. The company’s objective this year 2010 is to unite, solidify and trust each other for the better future of the company and better projects and services to more clients.
In behalf of Mr. Martin Sutter, who was unable to deliver speech because of sore throat, EVP Edna Sutter congratulates everyone for being creative and for having vision in the future, the vision that she would like everybody to have for the success of the company.
