About DDC Land

Just like a diamond, it is a symbol of strength. Hardened and durable, like our foundation with impeccable luster for design and quality.

Just like our housing unit, a strong and precious investment, our people are tested in the hands of time, our vision being, “Growing Together with Greatness and Abundance.”

DDC LAND INC. (formerly Dry Dock Company based in Mandaue City) is duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and engaged in real estate business and development.

DDC LAND INC. was founded in August 1991 with MARTIN SUTTER, a Swiss National, as President, while Engr. EDNA R. SUTTER, a Filipina from Ilocos Norte, is the Executive Vice President. Both are incorporators with selected friends and associates as Board Members who are prominent and well-known personalities in the real estate business.

It started a realty business in 1993 by building several townhouses and other residential units in various parts of Cebu. And upon its transfer of business in Metro Manila in 1995, Crystal Ville Subdivision in Cabuyao, Laguna was developed for Read Rite Philippines. It was a remarkable growth for the company.

In June 1999, the company responded to the call of then President Joseph Estrada to provide decent and affordable housing units to the PNP, AFP, DECS, OFWs and other government employees.

In October 1999, then DILG Sec. Ronaldo Puno accepted the company’s proposal, through the Home Insurance Guaranty Corporation, to build 5,000 housing units not only for the PNP, AFP, DECS but also to the public.
