It started its realty business by building several town houses and other residential units in various parts in Cebu while concentrating its operation in ship repair business.

On April 15, 1996, the company signed a memorandum of agreement with Sunward Technologies Philippines, now Read Rite Philippines. Inc., that will provide housing units solely for their employees known as Crystal Ville Subdivision In Cabuyao, Laguna.
With the government’s thrust in providing affordable houses for PNP, AFP, DECS, and OFW's a housing proposal was presented in October 1999 to DILG which, was accepted through Home Insurance Guaranty Corporation with the objective to build 5,000 units for other government employees and to the public as well.
